Important Information About Steam Cleaner
BEST VAPOR STEAM CLEANERS
The best vapor steam cleaners are the ideal cleaning tools to turn to when you want to get your bedding really clean. Bedspreads are subject to a lot more dirt than we realize. Unlike our clothes and towels, which we wash on a regular basis, washing bedspreads is not done as often. Oftentimes, bedspreads which aren’t dried properly will play host to a number of molds and bacteria that can take root inside the material.
The best vapor steam cleaners offered by Daimer ® are the ideal tools for getting your bedding really clean. For one thing, these machines operate at temperatures that start at 295°F and pressure rates that begin at 65 psi. These high temperatures go a long way in eliminating allergens, molds, mildew and bacteria. The best vapor steam cleaners disinfect as well as clean so you can be sure that your bedding, no matter how thick it is, is well cleaned.
For sensitive skin people or are allergic to detergent residue, these machines provide a complete cleaning solution without the harshness of detergents or other chemicals. To ensure you are purchasing the best vapor steam cleaners, they should be comprised of high quality stainless steel or rugged plastic.
POWER WASHING EQUIPMENT CONSIDERATIONS FOR CONCRETE CLEANING
If you own a power washing company, then you know that cleaning concrete is a very good way to make money, and since it is a repetitive type service it surely makes sense to sell accounts with property management companies and large real estate holding companies. During a recession there are many people who are willing to work for peanuts who’ve been laid off and they do not mind working in the middle of the night cleaning concrete with some old steam cleaner they bought off Craig’s List. Still, if you have the right equipment you can indeed lower the cost and the frequency of service and still make money. First, I recommend a good solid hot water pressure washer with 7-8 gallons per minute that can run a hydro-twister type cleaning machine full-tilt and with hot water, as this will cut your cleaning time down to half the time. Also you need it on a trailer with hose reels for the pressure washer and one to be constantly filling a water storage tank.
How to Use a Tile and Grout Cleaning Machine
There are basically two different types of machines you can choose from to clean your tile & grout. You can use a steam cleaner, or a pressure washer.
A steam cleaner does more than just clean your grout; it also kills germs, mites, and bacteria. You should be using a steam cleaner that rates at 6 bars or better. A steam cleaner pressurizes the steam making it 180o C which is much hotter than waters normal boiling point of 100o C.
When steam has reached that point (of 180o C) it is called vaporized steam. A steam cleaner is a very effective tool to clean grout with. Be sure though, that once the grout has been steam cleaned to apply grout sealer to keep the grout clean & maintained for much longer.
The other steam cleaner machine you can use for grout cleaning is a pressure washer. The greatest drawback to using a pressure washer over a steam cleaner is that a pressure washer uses a lot more water, so the clean up (after the cleaning) can take a while longer. A pressure washer works great outside, and in baths & showers. The advantage to using a pressure washer is that it is much faster to use than a steam cleaner for large areas, and it is easier to use vertically (like bath & shower walls). As with a steam cleaner, you can rent a pressure washer, or hire a professional to do the grout cleaning for you. Talk to a salesperson to be sure you get the right pressure washer for your job.
